U.S. Bank Awards NeighborWorks Orange County $50,000 to Expand Homebuyer Education

NeighborWorks Orange County is proud to announce that it has received a $50,000 Homebuyer Education Grant from U.S. Bank, helping expand access to HUD-approved homebuyer education programs throughout Orange County.

Buying a home can be overwhelming, especially for first-time homebuyers navigating credit, budgeting, mortgage options, and down payment assistance. This grant will help NeighborWorks Orange County reach more first-time homebuyers with the resources, education, and one-on-one guidance they need to confidently navigate through the homebuying process.

Investing in Future Homeowners

Orange County continues to face significant housing affordability challenges, making financial education and homebuyer preparation more important than ever. Through its HUD-approved homebuyer education courses and housing counseling services, NeighborWorks Orange County equips individuals and families with the knowledge to make informed decisions before purchasing a home.

With support from U.S. Bank, NeighborWorks Orange County will be able to expand these efforts and help more aspiring homeowners build a strong financial foundation for long-term success.

Thank You, U.S. Bank

NeighborWorks Orange County is grateful to U.S. Bank for this generous investment and for being a longtime supporter of the organization and the communities it serves. Through its Community Possible® platform, U.S. Bank continues to invest in organizations that expand economic opportunity, strengthen financial education, and promote housing stability. Its continued partnership helps make homeownership education more accessible to families across Orange County, and NeighborWorks Orange County is proud to work alongside an organization that shares its commitment to creating stronger communities.

Looking Ahead

Every family that completes a homebuyer education course is one step closer to achieving the dream of homeownership. This grant will help NeighborWorks Orange County provide more residents with the education and personalized guidance they need to prepare for successful, sustainable homeownership.
