Underwriters make sure everything is accurate, valid, and meet the guidelines of the loan. Any time a new file is requested, the whole loan goes through processing and underwriting again.
Your lender and the title company work to get the Closing Disclosure in your hands a minimum of 3 business days before closing.
Make sure you have any payments for closing costs prepped and get ready to sign the closing documents.
Once closing is done, the home is yours! Get ready for move in!
