Touring Affordable Housing Units with NWOC Board Members

This month, NeighborWorks Orange County Board Members visited several of our affordable housing properties located in Fullerton, Brea, and La Habra. With a total of 98 affordable housing units, these properties represent the heart of our mission—providing stable, affordable housing options that serve as the foundation for families to thrive.

During the tours, Board Members gained firsthand insights into how these homes positively impact residents and strengthen the surrounding community. By walking through each property, our leadership team was able to see the tangible results of NWOC’s commitment to building wealth through homeownership and fostering sustainable neighborhoods.

The experience reinforced our dedication to creating more opportunities for families across Orange County. Affordable housing is not just about buildings—it’s about people, community, and the pathways we create to help individuals and families achieve long-term stability and success.
