Stellar turnout on April 6, 2024 for First-Time Homebuyer Resource Fair!
The Homebuyer Resource Fair was hosted by Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, 4th District Supervisor Doug Chaffee in collaboration with The County of Orange, and two well-known local HUD Approved Counseling Agencies (NeighborWorks Orange County and Affordable Housing Clearinghouse).
The resource fair delivered on its purpose to inform and empower first time homebuyers on the homebuying process and also introduce resources and lending products. CalHFA, Freddie MAC, City National Bank, Bonaventure Realty, Martin Cueva Real Estate, and Orange County’s Credit Union were instrumental in providing resources to first-time homebuyers.

NWOC receives prestigious 2024 Transforming Communities Award
We’re excited to share that NeighborWorks OC was given the Transforming Communities Award for their partnership in the development of Center of Hope, located in the City of Anaheim. This award was given to us during the 2024 Affordable Housing Awards (AHA) Breakfast co-hosted by the Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, Kennedy Commission and the Orange County Community Housing Corp.
