NeighborWorks Orange County was proud to serve as a Community Sponsor at the 2025 Affordable Housing Awards (AHA) Breakfast, held on April 17th at the Orange Hill Restaurant. Now in its 40th year, this annual tradition brought together affordable housing developers, advocates, community leaders, elected officials, and nonprofit partners, all united by a shared commitment to addressing Orange County’s housing needs.
Co-hosted by the Affordable Housing Clearinghouse, The Kennedy Commission, and Orange County Community Housing Corporation, this year’s AHA Breakfast celebrated the outstanding achievements of individuals and organizations who are transforming lives through affordable housing. Seven awards were presented to leaders whose work exemplifies innovation, collaboration, and dedication to housing equity.
A highlight of the morning was the presentation of the Ralph Kennedy Award to Laura Archuleta, President & CEO of Jamboree. A lifelong advocate for affordable housing, Laura’s visionary leadership continues to drive impactful solutions across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Her legacy of influence is shaping policy and practice not just locally, but throughout California and the nation.
NeighborWorks Orange County extends heartfelt congratulations to all 2025 AHA awardees. We are inspired by their efforts and grateful to stand alongside so many devoted partners working to ensure that everyone in our community has access to a safe, stable, and affordable home.
