NeighborWorks OC Receives $50,000 in Flexible Impact Grant Funding

NeighborWorks OC Receives $50,000 in Flexible Impact Grant Funding

We’re excited to share that NeighborWorks Orange County has received a $50,000 grant from NeighborWorks America as an advance on the upcoming Flexible Impact Grants base award. This critical funding comes at a time when communities like ours continue to face increasing pressure from the housing crisis and tightening access to other funding resources.

This grant is part of a broader national effort by NeighborWorks America. We encourage community members and partners to engage with their offices to express appreciation for their ongoing support.

Grateful for Our Federal Champions

We are incredibly grateful to our federal legislators for their support. Their commitment to affordable housing and community development has a real, lasting impact here in Orange County. This grant will allow us to continue serving local families and investing in projects that build stronger, more resilient communities.

Flexible Support for Real Community Needs

What makes this grant especially valuable is it allows us to invest where the need is greatest. Whether it’s preserving affordable housing, supporting first-time homebuyers, or expanding financial education programs, this funding gives us the flexibility to meet Orange County families exactly where they are.

Thank You for Being Part of the Solution

Every home built or preserved moves us closer to stronger, more resilient communities—and that work wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our partners, supporters, and community leaders. Your commitment is what allows families across Orange County to thrive.

We’re proud to continue this journey with you and are deeply thankful for your continued partnership and belief in our mission.
